Coaching is based on the Leadership Linguistics framework, which examines how language, positioning, and perception influence credibility and opportunity inside corporate power structures.
3. Practical language and positioning strategies
You will learn specific ways to adjust your wording, tone, and communication style so you are seen as confident, credible, and ready for the next level.
4. Strategy for visibility, influence, and advancement
We focus on how you are perceived in your organization, and how to position yourself for leadership opportunities without changing who you are.
5. Tools you can use immediately
Each session is designed to give you practical techniques you can apply right away in emails, meetings, presentations, and leadership conversations.
6. Confidentiality
All sessions with Sue are private and confidential. Sessions are not recorded, and your name will not ever be used without explicit permission.
